Official Rules
1. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older. Employees, contractors, and affiliates of VERN AI, Hoomans.chat, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.
2. How to Enter
To enter, participants must:
Visit https://hoomans.chat and record a reaction video while interacting with any AI Human avatar.
Post their reaction video publicly on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, or X (Twitter) using the hashtag #hoomanschat and tag @hoomanschat in the caption.
Entries must remain public and visible through the end of the contest period to qualify.
Each unique post counts as one (1) entry. No purchase necessary.
3. Contest Period
The contest begins on Friday November 7th, 2025 and ends on Friday, December 19th at 11:59 PM ET. Entries posted after the deadline will not be considered.
4. Prizes
Random Prizes: Twenty (20) participants will receive a pair of branded AI Human wireless earbuds.
Grand Prizes: Four (4) Gift Cards: Four participants will each receive a $25 gift card (randomly selected).
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries after the contest ends. Winners will be notified via direct message on the platform they entered from and must respond within 72 hours to claim their prize. Failure to respond within the timeframe may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.
6. Content Guidelines
Entries must be original, non-defamatory, and appropriate for public viewing. Hoomans.chat reserves the right to disqualify any entries that violate community standards or depict offensive, unsafe, or inappropriate content.
7. Rights and Permissions
By entering, participants grant Hoomans.chat and its affiliates the right to repost, share, and feature submitted videos (with attribution) across digital platforms for promotional purposes.
8. General Conditions
Hoomans.chat reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest at any time. All decisions regarding eligibility, winners, and prizes are final. Participation constitutes acceptance of these Official Rules and consent to Hoomans.chat’s use of entrant’s name, likeness, and video in marketing materials.
